BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit
• No-shows will require a new deposit to rebook
We value your time and ask that you respect ours as well.
LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed
• After that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened
• Late arrivals may still be charged full price
PAYMENT POLICY
Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Apple Pay
LASH APPOINTMENT POLICY
For the best results and safety:
• We do not work over other lash technicians’ work
• Clients must book a lash removal + full set or arrive with clean lashes
• Lash cleanse is included if needed
SERVICE PREPARATION POLICY
• Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup, oils, or residue)
• Avoid caffeine before lash appointments
• For facial services, disclose any skin conditions or sensitivities
PRODUCT POLICY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
All physical product sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours.
DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
All digital products are non-refundable.
Access is for personal use only.
Sharing or reselling is not permitted.
